Due to its exceptional chemical stability, our silicone is highly resistant to natural aging and remains chemically inert when exposed to electroplating solutions with a pH value between 4.5 and 12.5. Its hardness remains consistent throughout operation, significantly reducing the loss of costly chemical solutions during the electroplating process

The white silicone coated conveyor belt for electroplating industry currently manufactured by our company are available in the following standard lengths: 925 mm, 1050 mm, 1100 mm, 1200 mm, 1460 mm, 2450 mm, 3450 mm and 5400 mm; the minimum width is 6 mm and the maximum width is 150 mm; common widths are 50.8 mm, 75 mm and 76.2 mm; and the standard thickness, including the base belt, is 6 mm.the standard thicknesses are 4 mm and 6 mm.

Applications
