Roller covering tape also known as Roller Take Up Strip&Roller Wrap Tape (roller tape,roller cover belts, rough-surfaced rubber belts, spiked leather belts, grained rubber belts, grained rubber sheets belts, roller coverings belts, roller wraps, granular belts, granular leather Roller Wrap Tape, grained belts, grained leather, rough-surfaced leather, roller leather, anti-slip belts). Rough-surfaced belts are designed to increase the coefficient of friction and are commonly used for fabric traction in various processes within the textile industry. They are typically employed on fabric guide rollers in different types of shuttle-less looms, such as air-jet, water-jet, rapier, and projectile looms, as well as on fabric inspection machines and printing and dyeing equipment.
Yonghang’s Roller Take Up Strip are typically supplied in 100-meter lengths with widths of 100mm, 50mm, 40mm, etc. Custom widths up to 1200mm are available upon request. Installation involves helically wrapping the belt around the roller, securing it with adhesive, and fixing the ends with clamps or screws.
Yonghang Roller Take Up Strip feature multiple surface patterns suitable for guiding various fabrics. They offer excellent abrasion resistance, high-temperature tolerance, dimensional stability, resistance to elongation and delamination, and durable performance.
YH0971 and YH0971 this tape is coated with silicone to grip smooth surfaces and resist sticky substances, such as ink. It adheres to itself without adhesive. Fiberglass cloth tape withstands higher temperatures than rayon cloth tape.The maximum working temperature is 230℃。
Smooth—Tape with smooth texture has a smooth surface for an excellent grip.
Pebbled—Tape with pebbled texture provides a moderate grip for an easier release.
