This is a high-performance tubular conveyor belt, whose key advantage lies in the absence of any mechanical joints, resulting in a seamless, monolithic structure. Its basic composition is as follows:
Base material: A high-strength, heat-resistant glass fibre yarn or the even more superior Kevlar (an aromatic polyamide fibre) serves as the reinforcement.
Process: The base material is woven directly into a seamless tubular fabric using circular weaving equipment, then impregnated and coated with a layer of high-quality Teflon (PTFE, or polytetrafluoroethylene) resin.
Result: The end product is a seamless cylindrical belt that can be installed directly on equipment for use. There are no weak points, and the structure is completely seamless.
