Teflon belts for continuous sealing machines are seamless PTFE loop belts custom-made exclusively for fully automatic continuous film sealing machines, vertical packaging sealing machines and horizontal continuous sealing machines. Unlike standard Teflon conveyor belts, they are specifically optimised for continuous heat sealing, pressing and film feeding operations. They are manufactured using a high-density, seamless tubular glass fibre substrate, laminated at high temperature with a food-grade pure Teflon coating.

High-Speed Thermal Heat Transfer: The thickness profile is engineered to be extremely thin (typically 0.08mm to 1mm). This thin cross-section ensures that thermal energy from the machine’s heating blocks passes instantly through the belt into the packaging film without thermal lag or energy loss.

Continuous Thermal Resistance: Capable of maintaining structural integrity and high flexibility under constant operating temperatures ranging from -70°C to +260°C (-94°F to +500°F), easily handling hot-melt sealing thresholds for PE, PP, OPP, and heavy laminated aluminum foil pouches.

Instant Polymer Release: The pure PTFE outer coating features an extremely low coefficient of friction. Molten plastic resins, ink prints, and hot-melt adhesives will not adhere to the belt face, completely eliminating film tearing, bunching, or polymer buildup on the machinery.

Seamless vs. Splice-Joint Engineering

Splice-Joint Bands: Woven flat and joined via a precision 45° angled overlap thermal splice. This is a highly cost-effective, versatile option suitable for general, low-to-medium speed packaging lines.

Seamless Endless Bands: Woven as an entirely continuous, joint-free cylindrical tube before PTFE saturation. With zero overlap seams, it eliminates “joint thumping,” ensures identical heat distribution along the entire loop, and delivers up to 3 times the service life on high-speed automatic packaging lines.
