Our PBO felt roller is specially designed for cooling tables in the aluminum extrusion industry. The whole roller surface is seamless with no break zones, making it ideal for discharge port applications.
With temperature resistance up to 600℃ and a smooth surface, it effectively protects aluminum profile flatness. When used with dedicated cold transfer equipment, it provides excellent profile protection and cooling performance.
PBO Kevlar conveyor felt rollers withstand operating temperatures up to 600°C. Their high strength and superior abrasion resistance make them the preferred choice for many extrusion conveying tables. The PBO fibers provide resistance to chemicals and extreme temperatures, with flame-resistant and self-extinguishing properties.
High-density needled PBO fiber top felt roller, with needled Kevlar bottom roller cover. The ratio of PBO to Kevlar varies. Different thicknesses and inner diameters are available. It can make the resin treatment more robust to enhance wear resistance.
