Our food-grade PTFE conveyor belts for pancake production feature premium scarfed suture joints. Both belt ends are precisely beveled into smooth inclined surfaces and stitched with high-temperature aramid yarn before hot-press fusion. This splice design eliminates thick overlapping steps, delivering a perfectly flat belt surface that prevents scratching, sticking or damaging raw pancake dough during baking and conveying. The joint boasts outstanding tensile strength and excellent flex resistance for repeated operation over small rollers, ideal for continuous pancake baking ovens.
