The main frame is constructed from imported aluminium alloy, which is corrosion-resistant, lightweight, highly rigid, and resistant to deformation or damage.
The main drive motor characterised by its compact size, high power output, ease of maintenance, and suitability for a wide range of environments.
The cable conveyor belt is integrally vulcanised, offering an optimal balance of flexibility and friction to prevent damage to the outer sheath of optical cables.
The T700CQ pneumatic cable-blowing machine is particularly suitable for blowing optical cables with a diameter of 14 mm or less, such as those running alongside oil and petrochemical pipelines or along motorways. Compared to the T700CY hydraulic cable-blowing machine, it eliminates the need to transport a hydraulic power unit; in special environments where an air compressor cannot be positioned on-site, high-pressure gas can be fed through an underground silica-core conduit to facilitate cable blowing and deployment.

Principles of Propulsion
The air supply system serves as the power source for the cable-blowing machine, generating a high-pressure airflow through compressed air. This air is delivered to the cable-blowing machine via quick-connect hoses, driving the machine’s pneumatic motor, which in turn drives the upper and lower belts. The optical cable is positioned between these two belts, thereby propelling it forward. The control system regulates the output pressure and air flow of the air supply system to ensure the stable operation of the cable-blowing machine.
