Poly V belts with silicone coating are specifically designed for traction and pulling operations in extrusion, profile processing, and cable and pipe production lines. The integrated multi-rib structure provides powerful friction transmission and stable traction, whilst the high-quality silicone coating offers excellent heat resistance, non-stick properties and food-grade material characteristics; it is environmentally friendly and non-toxic. Siliconeeffectively prevent material adhesion, residue build-up and damage to the surface of processed products, ensuring continuous and smooth traction operations. They are particularly suitable for medical tubing pulling and packaging lines in the food industry.
