Thermally Vulcanized Red Rubber Cover
The top working face is modified with a thick, high-elasticity Red Linatex/CR-Rubber Cover.
- High Coefficient of Friction: Safely grips slippery glass substrates or glossy backsheets without physical slippage under rapid acceleration and deceleration cycles.
- Soft Cushioning (35/40/50Shore A): Acts as a highly resilient shock absorber, protecting fragile crystalline silicon wafers from chipping, cracking, or micro-fractures during high-speed indexing.
- Delamination-Free Bond: The red rubber layer is chemically bonded to the PU base using a continuous thermal vulcanization process, preventing edge peeling or cracking under cyclic mechanical bending.
