Temperature resistance: Long-term -70°C to 260°C; short-term peak 360°C; no deformation or cracking at high or low temperatures
Non-stick Properties: PTFE has an ultra-low coefficient of friction (0.04–0.15); completely non-stick to dough, resins, adhesives and hot-melt glues; can be cleaned with plain water
Chemical Inertness: Resistant to strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents and grease corrosion; suitable for both chemical and food applications
Dimensional Stability: Glass fibre backing provides high tensile strength; elongation <0.5%; no stretching or tracking at high temperatures
