By mechanically attaching the carriers to an T20 timing belt, we are able to position the carrier exactly on the timing belt, even with small tolerances, we mill away the existing tooth and replace it with a metal tooth. As shown in the picture below,it makes it possible to decide for yourself which material you want to make your carriers from. This makes it very easy to replace damaged carriers without replacing the entire timing belt.
