The unique material properties of silicone make up for the limitations of traditional materials (such as rubber, PTFE/Teflon). The mature woven knitted felt manufacturing technology, combined with different high temperature resistant fibers as raw materials, silicone felt has a temperature resistance of 180-600℃.

Dual-Layer Engineering
Superfinish silicone surface: fine particles or a polished surface can be customized to evenly transmit friction and avoid scratching the fabric.
Felt layer: vibration absorption and noise reduction (reduced by 30-50dB), suitable for a precision processing environment.
Conti Decatizing seamless structure: avoid steam penetration at the seams leading to belt delamination (refer to Ammeraal seamless belt process).

- Physical properties: Low compression set over a wide working temperature range, good physical insulating properties. Anti-short circuit (insulating silicone), highly compressible and wear-resistant.
- The silicone felt has chemical properties such as age resistant, ozone resistant, thermal insulating, oil resistant, lubricant resistant, low odour, etc.
High & low temperature resistant Physical stability of materials under extreme temperatures (such as flexibility, hardness changes). Thermal insulating ability, the physical ability to hinder heat transfer.
