vguide and Cleats layout
v-guide can be installed on both the top and bottom sides of the conveyor belt; when used on the top side, it functions similarly to a cleats to prevent items from falling off, whilst on the bottom side it prevents the conveyor belt from running off-track.

V-Guide layout
V-Guides are used for belt guidance. V guides make better belt tracking which can reduce the edge wear and make belt can use longer time. Better tracking can also reduce conveyor jams, keeping running with less downtime, this is especially important in the packing industry.

Cleats/Flights layout
