Engineered for high-stability pulling, our 3VX952+3mm Joined V-belts are the premier choice for caterpillar haul-off machines in the pipe and profile extrusion industries. The ‘Joined’ (Banded) construction eliminates belt whip, vibration, and turnover, ensuring a smooth, synchronized pull even under high-tension loads.

The 3mm white rubber coating is specifically formulated to provide maximum traction without leaving marks or residues on your extruded products. By utilizing integrated vulcanization technology, we ensure the rubber coating is fused permanently to the 3VX base, preventing delamination and extending the belt’s operational life

Compared to 3V, 3vx base belts have lower flexibility, require smaller pulley diameters and offer greater fatigue resistance.

Key Advantages

Truly Endless & Seamless:
Manufactured using a one-piece vulcanisation process, there are no joints between the coating and the base belt. This not only prevents delamination but also ensures absolutely even pressure distribution across the belt during continuous operation.

Stability of Joined Construction:
The joined belt design resolves the issues of individual V-belts flipping or experiencing uneven stress, making it particularly suitable for heavy-duty traction machinery.

Non-Marking White Rubber:
The white rubber coating is specifically designed for profiles with stringent aesthetic requirements (such as white PVC window profiles or light-coloured cable sheathing), ensuring a clean finished surface.

Cogged Design:
The cogged design on the underside of the 3VX base belt enhances flexibility, allowing it to run smoothly over small-diameter pulleys whilst significantly reducing operating heat.

yonghang Ordering Advice

Matched Sets: Joined V Haul-Off belts are typically used in pairs (one set for the upper and one for the lower section). We recommend requesting matched sets, where the thickness tolerance between the two belts is kept within ±0.1mm, to prevent product deformation caused by uneven compression pressure.

Optional Grooving: If your production line involves wet extrusion (where there is a significant amount of cooling water), transverse grooves can be added to the 3mm white rubber surface to facilitate drainage and prevent slippage.
