High-Grip Natural Rubber Cover: The surface is made of wear-resistant natural rubber (such as Linatex), offering exceptional gripping performance and maintaining consistent friction even when handling dust-covered or coated cardboard.
Precision CNC Perforations: Hole sizes and layouts are fully customized to your equipment’s vacuum chamber, ensuring uniform suction distribution and strong, stable gripping.
Non-Marking Material: The rubber compound is optimized to leave no marks or transfer color when conveying delicately printed packaging or light-colored cartons, protecting the product’s appearance.
Dimensional Stability: An embedded core layer of high-strength polyester or aramid fibers provides extremely low elongation, reducing the frequency of downtime for adjustments.
