MBO 17.2202.00 Vacuum timing Wheel Belt

This is a vacuum timing wheel belt for MBO folding machines, available in sizes 50 × 575 mm  480 x 50 mm and 500 × 50 mm. Also referred to as a T5‑575 suction timing belt or suction feeder belt, with the OEM part number 17.2202.00.

High-performance vacuum feed belts made of chloroprene rubber (CR), designed for folder gluer machines. These rubber coated perforated belts feature uniform vacuum holes for stable paper suction and precise feeding, ensuring smooth conveying in printing and packaging equipment.

Applications

This belt is the core component of the MBO folding machine’s vacuum wheel / suction paper conveying system. It is installed on the suction wheel assembly at the paper feeding end and is responsible for precisely adsorbing and conveying the paper, preventing double feeding and paper deviation during the conveying process.
