Core Structure and Materials
Surface Layer: Red oil-resistant and wear-resistant nitrile rubber (NBR) or neoprene rubber CR), featuring a high coefficient of friction, leaving no paper marks, and resistant to ink and adhesive corrosion;
Reinforcement Layer: Polyester (PET) canvas / nylon film, ensuring dimensional stability, tensile strength, and low elongation;
Perforation Design: Common hole sizes 6/8/10 mm, arranged in single, double, or multiple rows with uniform distribution; hole positions precisely match the machine’s vacuum chamber to securely hold the paper in place via negative pressure;
Seam: Heat-cured seamless (endless) seam to prevent paper skipping at the joint, suitable for high-speed machines; finger-joint and miter-joint solutions are also available for on-site splicing.
