This is Yonghang’s pioneering new material product—highly anti-static, burr-free flat conveyor belt.

Traditional nylon sandwich flat belt structure: surface cover layer + nylon fiber fabric + nylon core PA6 + nylon fiber fabric + bottom friction surface cover layer. Through specialized processes and formulations, Yonghang’s R&D team eliminated the inner nylon fiber fabric layer. Instead, the surface and bottom cover layers are directly bonded to the nylon sheet base layer to form an integrated structure. This innovation introduces a novel nylon-core flat belt design without an inner nylon fiber fabric layer: Surface Cover Layer + Nylon Core Layer PA66 + Bottom Friction Cover Layer.

Higher tensile strength and lower elongation;
High flexibility with strong environmental adaptability, minimizes slippage off pulleys;
The physical properties of this burr-free nylon sheet-based flat belt significantly surpass those of conventional polyamide sheet-based flat belts.
Despite lacking nylon fiber fabric as a bridging layer, the interlayer adhesion strength between the surface/base coatings and the nylon sheet substrate exceeds 3.0 N/mm.
