The silicone rubber coating timing belt can be used for long periods of time at temperatures of -40-200°C, so it is usually used in applications that require high temperature work, such as high temperature baking timing belts. The silicone timing belt as a whole is vulcanised in a seamless mould of full silicone, made of high temperature resistant glass fibre thread and nylon 66 elastomeric fabric, and can work at temperatures of up to 300 degrees Celsius. It is resistant to oil and UV radiation and has improved resistance to ozone. All sizes can be customised, please contact us!
