Main application areas

Bill Separation Module (Pick-up Module)
Function: This is one of the most critical applications for belts. After you enter the withdrawal amount, the ATM must accurately separate the specified number of bills from the cash hopper.
Application: A set of precision rubber synchronous belts or friction belts works in conjunction with the bill separation rollers. Utilizing friction, they “scrape” out only one bill at a time, preventing multiple bills from being carried out simultaneously (anti-sticking). Belts here require extremely consistent friction coefficients and high wear resistance.

Transport Channel (Conveying Path)
Function: Safely and smoothly conveys separated single banknotes to the dispensing outlet or temporary storage area.
Application: Along a curved path spanning tens of centimeters, multiple flat belts or grooved belts form the transport track. Banknotes are sandwiched between two opposing belts and conveyed by their rotation. These belts must be exceptionally flat, flexible, and antistatic to prevent creasing or jamming due to electrostatic adhesion.

Temporary Storage Module and Recycling Module
Function: If the customer fails to retrieve the banknotes within the specified time, the ATM must return the dispensed banknotes to the recycling hopper.
Application: The transmission principle is similar to the transport channel. The ATM belt handles bidirectional transport for both dispensing and recycling. The belt must operate stably with excellent forward and reverse performance.
