Gray rubber feed belt are used in high-performance feeders (e.g. Bobst, Jagenberg, Tanabe) for paper, cardboard and plastic. In addition to these folding / gluing machines, many letter sorting machines (e.g. NEC, Siemens, Wincor) use our seamless rubber flat belts.

Clean the belt and rollers: Use alcohol to remove ink, dust, or adhesive residue from the belt surface.

Increase friction: Replace with a textured belt (e.g., PJ-grooved paper feed belt) or apply anti-slip coating spray (ensure it does not affect paper quality).

Adjust tension: Appropriately increase tension to avoid belts being too loose or too tight.

Check paper weight: Lightweight or slippery paper requires auxiliary suction devices. (e.g., belt perforation suction to prevent paper from floating)

Normal lifespan: Under daily 8-hour working conditions, high-quality belts can last 1-3 years, depending on usage frequency and maintenance.

Operations that shorten lifespan:

– Prolonged operation of high-speed equipment beyond rated capacity;

– Exposure to corrosive cleaning agents or sharp objects;

– Excessively high ambient temperature and humidity (accelerates aging);

– Excessive tension causing stretching and deformation.

Maintenance Recommendations: Regularly clean the belt, avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, and release tension when the machine is idle.
