Yonghang have 6 extrusion production lines for PU conveyor belts, three for 2m width belts, three for 3m width belts. the production process is simple and the production efficiency is high; the strength of raw materials is reduced less, and the strength of the conveyor belt is higher than that of the blade coating process; the TPU adhesive layer is not easy to generate air bubbles, the structure is dense, and the thickness uniformity is high.
Yonghang produce v-guides in materials of PVC & TPU, which can be made in food grade FDA standard guides. various colors & sizes to choose. we have plain guide and teethed guide which ensures correct tracking and counteract some of the lateral forces.
Yonghang manufacture cleats which supply to conveyor belt fabricators. Cleats can be PVC or TPU materials; different colors and sizes to choose. Cleats used to help products go through inclines/declines well & can provide good spacing between products.
Sidewalls normally used with cleat together, which can help to prevent products falling from sideways of the conveyor belt. Sidewall can produced in materials of PVC & TPU with various colors and size to choose. OEM production is acceptable.
We use advanced High frequency welded machine to weld the cleat & sidewall profiles. The high frequency welding process creates a strong, consistent bond between two polymers.

The primary raw material for PU conveyor belts consists of a multi-layer composite structure featuring a polyurethane elastomer surface coating reinforced by a polyester or nylon fiber fabric skeleton.
Compared with PVC conveyor belts, PU conveyor belts have the advantages of greater wear resistance, better oil resistance and being environmentally friendly without any odor. They are more suitable for fields that have higher requirements for hygiene and durability.
The MOQ for a seamless PU conveyor belt is a sleeve. The spliced belt has no minimum order quantity.
Selecting seamless, crack-free PU easy-clean belts manufactured through a single-pass extrusion process can eliminate this issue at its source.
Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 1-2 weeks for order quantity.
If it’s the roll material, we offer a 30-day no-reason return and exchange service. However, for the finished belts, we do not support returns or exchanges because the finished belts are custom-made according to your specified size.
