Sponge conveyor belt is made of sponge rubber with PVC or Polyamide (nylon) Base Material. It is mainly utilized for labelling and packing machine. Yonghang provides customized foam conveyor belt specification with central guide and edge covered.
- The advantages of sponge are first and foremost that it is an extremely soft, elastic backing material with an open pore structure. It is highly absorbent and provides excellent friction characteristics
- Tightly wraps labels around various shapes (especially round bottles), compresses the label, eliminates air bubbles, and ensures a smooth, flat application.
- Prevents slippage and rotation of bottles/objects during high-speed conveyance, ensuring precise label positioning
- Thickened blue polyester fabric surface provides uniform, reliable friction
- High-strength base material (e.g., PVC, nylon belt) combined with abrasion-resistant blue fabric; reinforced with stitched + adhesive-bonded joints
- Guiding strips ensure stable belt operation and prevent misalignment
- Material inherently features moisture resistance, anti-aging properties, and corrosion resistance
